Belleville, Ont., January 21st 2026- Crystal Catch, a new fish market, butcher shop and grocery store has officially opened its doors in Downtown Belleville’s Memorial Marketplace.
Along with friends, family and neighbours in attendance were Mayor Neil Ellis, Councillors Garnet Thompson and Margaret Seu on behalf of the City of Belleville, Danielle Letersky on behalf of MPP Tyler Allsopp, MP Chris Malette, Lisa Comerford from the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, and Danielle Hanoman Executive Director of the DBIA Board for the ribbon cutting to welcome the new business to the downtown core.
Crystal Catch is founded by local entrepreneur Fivin Vincent and his family, who brings experience in the fish and meat industry through previous online operations. Opening a physical storefront has long been a personal goal.
“I have some experience in this industry. I did it online,” said Vincent. “This is our dream project, to serve the community physically through a shop.”
The fish and meat shop was founded with a simple vision: to provide customers with the freshest, highest quality seafood and meats at honest prices. From the very beginning, Crystal Catch has focused on selecting premium fish and meats daily, maintaining strict cleanliness standards, and serving the community with transparency and care.

Choosing Downtown Belleville as its location was a natural fit for Vincent, who wanted to be part of a growing and revitalized downtown business community.
Crystal Catch is located at 15 Market St Unit 2B in Memorial Marketplace and will be open Monday to Friday 10:30am – 8pm, Saturday 10am – 8pm and Sunday 11am – 6pm
